Dear Family and Friends, Earlier tonight we received word that there were 7 bombings in Bangkok. Initial reports indicate that the bombings all took place downtown and 2 people were killed and 17 people were injured. The place that we are staying right now is far from the center of the city. We are just fine, and until the news of the bombings reached us, we were happily enjoying a new years eve BBQ. We love you all, and just wanted to let you know that we are ok. Please do be praying for the safety and stability of Bangkok and the nation of Thailand – that God would help comfort those who are grieving tonight and bring some good from this icky situation._ Iven and Kashmira P.S. Our Discipleship Training School is going well – God is using us to help Thai college students get to know Jesus and we are starting to learn about one of the neighborhoods where men work as prostitutes in Bangkok.
